A little about me;

My name is Nik - preferred to the more formal Nicholas, which is generally only used when I've done something wrong!

I'm from Kent and have always lived in the County.  Born in Sevenoaks, I grew up in Maidstone then moved to the coast near Margate just over 30 years ago.  It's a wonderful place to be, the sea is 5 minute walk away and we get some of the best sunsets going.

I have always loved cooking and making food for family and friends.  I cook every day and make the majority of the meals in our household.  Having recently retired after 30 years from a very different career, I now have the exciting opportunity to start a new chapter doing what I love to do.

Each of the chocolates are entirely handmade by me from the design and colour, the shells to the fillings using the finest quality ingredients.   The chocolates are indulgent with complex flavours to provide a luxury experience.
